Private Party Bookings at Hullabaloo

We are now taking deposits for private bookings on Sunday afternoons. Private bookings will include use of Hullabaloo and The Sanctuary Café for you and your guests for two hours. You will now be welcome to bring your own food however all drinks must be purchased through The Sanctuary Cafe + Bar. Please email us your enquiry

1How much is a Private Party?
We charge a flat rate of £550 for our private parties.
2What's included?
Our private parties include private use of The Sherriff Centre for two hours, this includes our softplay, cafe and seating area.
3Do I have to pay up front?
We will ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking date, then the final 50% will be paid 6 weeks before your Party
4What days are available?
We only host private parties on a Sunday and have two slots available 1.30pm - 3.30pm and 4pm - 6pm. Please email us for up to date availability.
5Can I cancel my booking?
Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
6How many people can I invite?
You are welcome to invite 10 Babies and 38 Juniors to play in Hullabaloo, along with friends and family of course - the whole centre will be yours!
7Can I bring my own food?
Yes, please bring your own food - but remember to bring cutlery as required.
8Can I bring my own drinks?
Please don't bring any drinks with you, we sell hot and cold drinks, juice cartons plus wines, bees and spirits. Just ask if you'd like to see our drinks menu.
9Can I bring my own cake?
Yes please do! Don't worry if you forget candles, we have some available plus a large cake knife for your use.
1Can I bring baloons?
Yes of course, we're more than happy for you to bring balloons
2Do we get a party host?
There staff on site serving you and your guests throughout your booking, however we no longer provide party hosts
3Can I decorate the space?
We ask that you don't decorate the space, any more than balloons (we think it looks simply beautiful already!)
4Do we get to use the party room?
The Lady Chapel (or Party Room) is no longer offered as part of this booking
5How long do we have the space for?
Your booking is for 2 hours. There may be another booking before yours (or a church service) so please don't arrive too early - 10 minutes is perfect.
6Can we pay extra for food?
We no longer provide food so this option is not available. You can bring food with you or get something delivered directly here during your booking, eg. pizzas!
7Do we have to bring socks?
Yes but we have them on sale if anyone forgets them. All adults and children playing in Hullabaloo must wear socks
8Can I pay for extra children?
Sadly our Hullabaloo capacity does not allow more than 10 Babies and 38 Juniors at one time.
9Do small babies count?
This capacity does not include babies in arms. We only count babies and children playing in Hullabaloo (best or babies from 6 months).
10Can I arrange an entertainer?
Whilst we don't think they are needed, we don't mind entertainers (please, no glitter!) but do let us know if this bas been booked in ahead of time.
