Hullabaloo tickets, cancellations and refunds; Terms and Conditions of booking

Baby tickets are available to book online for £5.00 per child
Tickets suitable for babies aged 3 months – 24 months
Babies in arms (newborns) do not require an entry ticket.
No Food or liquids must be taken into the soft play. This includes baby bottles and breastfeeding due to the risk of spillage and sickness.
Hullabaloo sessions last one hour.
Socks must be worn at all times by babies, children and adults
The maximum number of babies for each hour is 10 babies
Babies are at all times the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must not be left unattended within the centre

Junior tickets are available to book online for £7.00 per child
Tickets suitable for children aged 18 months – 10 years
Babies in arms (newborns) do not require an entry ticket
Additional time will not be given if you are late for your session

Juniors are not allowed access to the baby section
Socks must be worn at all times by babies, children and adults
Hullabaloo sessions last one hour
The maximum number of juniors for each hour is 38 juniors
Juniors are at all times the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must not be left unattended within the centre
Play passes are valid term time only Monday to Thursday for their specific times of either 9am-1pm or 11am -3pm and are non transferrable.
Play passes cannot be purchased for Party Bookings and will automatically be refunded and the booking cancelled.
Play passes are for Juniors only and valid for 4 hours from the booking start time, you can arrive any time within the booked pass time, extra time will not be given for late arrivals.
Play passes must be booked online ahead of the session start time and cannot be booked retrospectively.
Discount and membership codes cannot be used for the purchase of a play pass.

Adults are not required to purchase a ticket to access Hullabaloo when accompanying a paying baby or junior
Children are at all times the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must not be left unattended within the centre

Refunds and alternative dates/times are not offered on the day of your booking
We will issue a full refund for bookings that collectively do not exceed 5 tickets if this is requested by 5pm the day before your booking

Guests are welcome to give their tickets to a friend to use in their place in the event that they are unable to attend

Refunds and alternative dates/times are not offered for collective bookings of six or more tickets
Bookings that collectively form six or more tickets are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

Guests may bring their own food and cake but all drinks must be purchased through our café
Guests are requested to book for two hours if their booking exceeds 5 tickets . Any bookings that exceed 5 tickets(6 or more) that have not been booked for 2 or more hours will be cancelled by us and a refund processed via our bookings system.
