Book online

You can do this anytime up until the session start time. This ensures you will get a slot and it’s cheaper!

Start time

Sessions start on the hour and last one hour, please arrive on time to make the most of your visit

Play passes are valid Monday to Thursday term time only for their stated times of 9am-1pm or 11am-3pm and are non transferrable. 

 

Supervision

Children are at all times the responsibility of their parent or guardian and must not be left alone or unsupervised.

No socks, no entry!

Frequently asked questions:

We will only reserve tables for 2 hour bookings when a booking exceeds 5 tickets. These will be based on the size of your party. There is no need to arrive early to do this yourself, your name will be displayed on the table clearly for you and your guests to see.

Bookings made for 1 hour will not be allocated table space

We do have limited seating for Hullabaloo customers during the week so if it’s busy we may ask for your table back after your hour of play. You can always take your coffee to go or book another hour in our soft play.

On Saturdays, we ask that you leave after your Hullabaloo has finished.

No. Please stay with your children at all times.

We don’t expect you to climb through Hullabaloo for an entire hour, but we do ask that you keep a close eye on them while you’re here.

You are welcome to bring your own food however, we do ask that you clear up any mess before you leave. We do not provide any plates or napkins for food that is brought in.

We do have snacks on offer and delicious cakes including gluten, dairy and nut-free cakes.

No, we do not allow customers to bring their own drinks. Please purchase all drinks at the Sanctuary Cafe + Bar.

We have a selection of hot and cold drinks, decaf teas and coffees, alcohol and children’s fruit juice and milkshake cartons.

We know that one hour is not enough time to enjoy play, food and cake, therefore we require customers who are booking 6 tickets or more to book at least two sessions back to back.

Any bookings that exceed 5 tickets (6 or more) that have not been booked for 2 or more hours will be cancelled by us and a refund processed via our bookings system

Yes! You are welcome to book as many as you’d like.

Yes. However, the Post Office will still be open and we cannot guarantee there won’t be customers waiting for their play sessions or popping in for a takeaway coffee.

No. We ask that you don’t arrive early as the centre will be busy with previous bookings.

We will reserve a table for you so rest assured you will have space to set up.

No. You cannot move our tables or chairs. Please be considerate of other customers and refrain from rearranging the furniture when you are here.

No. We ask that you don’t arrange any extra entertainment or face painting as we simply don’t have space or time.

You can do this for a Sunday private party however.

Important Information

The Sherriff Centre and its associated services will close at 3pm on Tuesday 29th April, with the Post office closing slightly earlier at 2.45pm. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 30th at 9am.

Enjoy the flexibility of our new 4 hr play Pass.

Junior Play passes cost £15 and are available Monday to Thursday (term time only) 9am-1pm or 11am-3pm.
